DEBORAH HARRY es ya una leyenda viva. No sé qué más se puede añadir. Algunos se reirán de ella por estar un poco mayor ya la señora (y fondona). Pero la verdad es que tiene mucho más interés un pedo de DEBORAH que cualquier disco de Britney Spears entero. Su grupo, Blondie, sigue girando con regularidad, sus nuevos temas son más que dignos, y en sus ratos libres ejerce de actriz. DEBORAH HARRY is already a true livind legend. I certeainly do not know what else I could add. Some would make fun of her and say she is too old for Rock and roll. But the truth is that I ´d much rather listen to her farts than to a Britney Spears album. Her band, Blondie, keep hitting the road frecuently, their new songs have quite an acceptable level, and she works as an actress during her off-time. | ||

 | Este vinilo, titulado "The best of Blondie" por alguna mente priviligiada, no es que sea de lo más raro, la verdad. Más bien es carne de mercadillo. La única razón de su presencia aquí es que me lo firmó en persona el batería Clem Burke antes de un concierto en Madrid. Yo, a cambio, le di una copia de la lámina que encabeza esta pagina, para que se la diera a DEBBY. Está diseñada por ese peaso artista llamado CyberMorata. Ese sí que tiene un cerebro privilegiado... (Haz click en la foto para verla aumentada) This record, called "The best of Blondie" is not rare at all. In fact is perfectly fit for a flea market. The only reason why it´s here is because the drummer Clem Burke personally signed it before a gig in Madrid. I, in return, gave him a copy of the artwork that you can see on top of this page, designed by no other than the very-talented CyberMorata, hoping that it´d make it to DEBBY. Ignoro la rareza de este cd oficial, llamado "Picture this live" ya que aunque pone "Limited edition" no dice cuántas copias tiene la edición, o sea que puede ser una "limited edition" de 4 millones de copias... En cualquier caso, algo me dice que ya es material para coleccionistas enfermos. Por cierto, contiene un concierto con uno de los mejores sonidos que haya escuchado nunca.  | ¡Cómo me gustan las cajas! Esta, denominada "The Singles box", incluye 15 cd´s, reproducciones de sus antiguos singles, con sus respectivas portadas y temas. Vamos, que las canciones son en un 95% idénticas a las que aparecen en los cd´s normales. Y encima es poco práctico porque en cada uno de estos 15 cd-singles no hay más que 2, 3 ó 4 temas. Pero los coleccionistas somos así, señora. (Haz click en la foto para verla aumentada). Do I like Box sets! This one, called "The Singles box" includes 15 reproductions of the old singles, with the same songs and cover. Yes, 95% of the songs are identical to the ones featured on the ordinary CD, so it´s plain stupid to play these singles. But do not ask for rational thinking when you deal with collectors. Recientemente encontré este chicle de fresa, (junto a otro del "Crimes of passion" de Pat Benatar). El chicle en sí, duro como una pieda tras 20 años tiene forma de disco, con sus surcos y todo.También incluye las letras de "The tide is high" Desde hace décadas tengo otros de los Rolling Stones (En EL MUSEO) I recently got myself this chewing gum (with another other featuring Pat Benatar´s "Crimes of passion"). The gum is hard as a rock after 20 years without a loving owner, and is shaped after an album, with the grooves and all. It also includes the lyrics to "The tide is high". Years ago I got some from The Rolling Stones (you can see them in THE MUSEUM | ||||
