Aquí tenemos a EITHNE NÍ BHRAONÁIN, más conocida como ENYA, que de rockera no tiene nada de nada. Pero al igual que el personal más basico se relaja a base de porretes, pues uno utiliza a ENYA para tal efecto. Lo malo de ella es que viene necesitando casi cinco años entre disco y disco. Casi lo que he necesitado yo en terminar esta web. Vamos, que no le va a dar un desprendimiento de sobaco... EITHNE NÍ BHRAONÁIN, better known as ENYA. She is no rocker at all, but I still decided to make some room for her. Just like the unsophisticated people rely on marijuana joints to feel relaxed and calmed down, I find the same effect with her music.  | Curioso artefacto este. Lo compré en Brasil, pero todo el texto está en inglés y no se explica su procedencia. Parece oficial, pero podría tratarse de un pirata. En cualquier caso, este cd llamado "The lady of New Age" es un recopilatorio que incluye (de ahí su interés) temas de "El Señor de los Anillos". (Haz click en la foto para verla aumentada) This one is quite a mystery. I bought it in Brazil, but all the credits are in English, and there is no information whatsoever of the company that put this one out. It could be an official release, but it might also be a high-quality bootleg. Anyway, this cd is called "The lady of New Age" and it ´s a compilation that includes her tracks off "The Lord of the Rings". (Click on the picture to enlarge) | |||

¡Menudo bodrio señora! Esto pasa por comprar discos por correo. Se trata de un disco de tributo que no aporta absolutamente nada nuevo. Se trata de alguien interpretando canciones de ENYA intentando calcarlas exactamente (sin éxito). Además, ese alguien es el único que participa en el Cd, con lo que la variedad es nula. Un auténtico esputo. (Haz click en la foto para verla aumentada) This is what experts call "a load of shit". It is what happens when you order Cd´s from a mail catalogue. This tribute album is an absolute waste of time and money. Here you have somebody playing ENYA songs, trying to sound exactly like her (and failing miserably). Besides, unlike most tribute albums, this is not many bands joining, but just some loser playing tracks all along the Cd, showing no variety, talent, or imagination whatsoever. Scum.  | Este doble cd, llamado"Sumiregusa" sólo salió a la venta en China. Aparte de la portada, que es muy chula, y la cajita protectora de rigor, contiene 11 canciones que no aparecen en ningún cd de ENYA. Pueden ser caras-b, o versiones exclusivas, o temas de Clannad, aunque la verdad es que varias de ellas son un coñazo auténtico, e incluso la voz no es la de ella. Lo realmenmte enigmático es que este cd traía canciones nuevas meses antes de que se publicaran de forma oficial en el cd "Amarantine" This one was only sold in China. It´s called "Sumerigusa" and it´s a double cd. The cover is pretty nice and includes 11 songs that can´t be found on any ENYA album. B-sides? Clannad songs? No idea. To be honest some of those songs are pretty hard to swallow, and the voice is not even hers. The weird thing is that this cd contains songs that were not released officially until months later in "Amarantine" | |||

Mucha gente no sabe que la primera incursión de ENYA en el mundo de la música tras separarse del grupo Clannad no fue "The Celts", sino esta banda sonora, llamada "The frog prince", que viene a significar "El príncipe que salió rana". No he visto la peli, pero puede que esté inpirada en Alberto de Mónaco. ¿y que tal el el disco? Pues es el más flojo de ENYA, a vecir verdad. Many people ignore that the very first thing ENYA recorded after leaving Clannad was not "The Celts", but the soundtrack for this movie, calle "The frog prince". Is this any good? Well, it does sound pretty different from the typical ENYA sound, and I guess I could say it´s her weakest album. |  | |||
